When a vehicle is sold in auction, buyer has to pay a Fee according to the type of vehicle and to the type of sale.
There are two main Buyer Fees scales:

Aforementioned fees and fares apply singularly to each vehicle purchased.
In case of Special Sales, where different economic conditions apply, these are declared within the sale itself.
All foreign buyers, regardless whether they are located within or outside the EU, have to pay a VAT deposit (22% of the invoice value) unless transport is organised by BCA. The deposit will be refunded upon receipt of legitimate proof of the arrival of the vehicle at final destination (CMR for EU buyers, MRN for non EU buyers).

The Export Tax includes 15 parking days, starting from the sending of the pickup authorization. After this period of time a parking fee is due:
This amount has to be payed prior the vehicle can exit the compound.
VAT exemption is possible if you intend to export the cars you bought. Please note that only vehicles liable for VAT are indicated as such in the sales catalogue and are affected by the paragraph below (this VAT exemption applies to the total amount of the vehicle, sales and transport fees). Please note that the release of car documents depends of where the car will be exported (see below).
If you come from a country within the European union, papers of the cars will be sent once the last section of the CMR is stamped by both transporter and customer. Original CMR must be sent at BCA France headquarter address: BCAuto Enchères 5 Rue Charles de Gaulle, 94 140 Alfortville, France. If you need the paper upon collection you will have to pay a VAT deposit (the deposit will be returned upon receipt of the proof of export).
If you come from a country outside European union, paper of the cars will be kept until confirmation of the customs clearance outside the EEC. To prove it, you must send us EX1 and documents to us within a maximum of 2 months from the date of the sale of the vehicle. Please note that the document must be sent to the following email address: [email protected]. If you need the paper upon collection you must pay a VAT deposit (the deposit will be returned upon receipt of the proof of export).
