Si vous souhaitez récupérer votre véhicule par vos propres moyens, suivez les étapes décrites ci-dessous
1. Payment and issue voucher
Once the payment is received, the issue voucher will be sent to you via email. The issue voucher is needed for release of vehicles in our centers.

2. Time to pick-up a car
As a buyer on BCA website, you have up to 10 days to comfortably pick-up your vehicle with no extra cost!
3. Extra - Storage
If you needed to store your car for longer than 10 days, a storage fee of €7.50 ex-VAT per day will be applied. (The maximum time for vehicle pickup is 10 days)
4. Identification
In order to release the car, the identification of the original buyer will be requested. In case another person picks-up the car, a power of attorney is required.
