How can I benefit from a tax free billing?

Only cars marked as "Qualifying Gross" are susceptible to be invoiced tax-free. Please note that, in order get a tax-free invoice you will have to contract the delivery of your car with a third-party logistic company.

When will I receive car documents?

The original car documentation will be retained by BCA until the original CMR is properly stamped. Once the CMR is received, the documentation will be sent to your company's address via express mail.

* Transporter must be able to justify his activity and the agreement with the buyer. BCA has the right to refuse a CMR at their convenience.

Can I get vehicle papers upon collection?

Yes, it is possible to get the original vehicle documentation upon collection. However, please note that, in order to do that, you will need to make a deposit for the full amount of VAT.
This VAT deposit will be returned upon receipt of the proof of import (see below).

How can I prove the cars have been exported?

If you live in the EU, we will need the last section of the CMR stamped by both transporter and the buyer.

Note that the CMR must be sent at our headquarters address : BCAuto Enchères 5 Rue Charles de Gaulle 94 140 Alfortville, France.

How can I benefit from a tax free billing?

When will I receive car documents?

Once we get a confirmation from customs that the vehicle has left the European Economic Community (EX1), BCA will send you the vehicle documentation via express courrier.

Please send the copy of the EX1 document to the BCA dedicated team.

Can I get the vehicle documentation upon collection?

Yes, it is possible to get the original vehicle documentation upon collection. However, please note that, in order to do that, you will need to make a deposit for the full amount of VAT.
This VAT deposit will be returned upon receipt of the proof of import (see below).

How can I proove the cars have been imported?

If you live in a non-EU country, a copy of the EX1 document must be sent to us within a maximum of 2 months from the date of the sale of the vehicle (vehicle must leave within one month after the sale).

Note that you will need to send a copy of the EX1 document to the BCA dedicated team to attest it.
