How to pick-up your car
Pick-up process
If you come to pick-up a car yourself or if you ask a transport company to do it, please check the following steps.
1. Payment and issue voucher
Once the payment is received, the issue voucher will be sent to you via email. The issue voucher is needed for release of vehicles in our centers.

2. Time to pick-up a car
As a buyer on BCA website, you have up to 3 bank working days to comfortably pick-up your vehicle with no extra cost!
3. Extra - Storage
If you needed to store your car for longer than 3 bank working days, a storage fee per day will be applied.
4. Identification
In order to release the car, the identification of the original buyer will be requested. In case another person picks-up the car, a power of attorney is required.
