How to pick-up your car
Pick-up process
If you come to pick-up a car yourself or if you ask a transport company to do it, please check the following steps.
1. Payment and issue voucher
Once the full payment is received, the vehicle(s) are released for pick-up or transportation, by BCA. NOTICE: All transports cross border are mandatory done by BCA.

2. Time to pick-up a car
EXPORT VEHICLES: BCA will transport the vehicle(s) to Your business compound soon after receiving the full payment. You are not allowed to pick-up the vehicle(s) by yourself. Domestic buyers can pick-up vehicle(s) as soon as BCA has registered the payment of the full amount (hammerprice + fees).
3. Extra - Storage
At BCA Denmark you have 5 days of storage includes in the fee. After this we charge DKK 100 per starting week (13,33 €).
4. Identification
In order to release the car, the identification of the original buyer will be requested. In case another person picks-up the car, a power of attorney is required.
