How to pick-up your car
Pick-up process
If you come to pick-up a car yourself or if you ask a transport company to do it, please check the following steps.
1. Payment and issue voucher
Once the payment is received, the issue voucher will be sent to you via email. The issue voucher is needed for release of vehicles in our centers.

2. Time to pick-up a car
As a buyer on BCA website, you have up to 7 days to comfortably pick-up your vehicle with no extra cost!
3. Extra - Storage
If you need to store your car for more than 7 days, there is a storage fee of 5€ (VAT inc) per day. For Foreign buyers, the Exports fee includes free storage for 30 days
4. Identification
In order to release the car, the identification of the original buyer will be requested. In case you cannot pick up the car yourself, you need to send an authorisation email to [email protected] with the ID of the person who will be picking up the car.
