How to submit a claim
If after carefully studying our terms and conditions you would like to submit a claim, please follow the process below. Claims must be submitted on time and always via our online claims form.
1. Write Your claim
A timely claim must be submitted in writing, and via our Online Claims form. Transport damage should noted on the CMR transport document.
2. Timely submission
You should be aware of various deadlines, depending on whether the car is won in the hall, released at BCA, or transported to your place of business or compound. Please read the Terms & Conditions for the specific auction.

3. Document your claim
Any claim must be documented adequate and submitted together with the claim.
4. We process your claim
We process your claim as quickly as possible.

At BCA it is exclusively possible to submit a claim, on a bought vehicle by using the form below.
