Invoice
If you're the highest bidder on a car and you have reached the car's reserve price, you will receive a notification email containing the car's invoice within an hour of the sale.
Payment
You have up to 6 working days from receiving the invoice to make the payment. Please note that we only accept payment via Bank transfer.

Foreign buyers
If you are a foreign buyer, you may be able to buy your car without VAT. Learn more about our VAT and car documents release policy

Car Documentation
Once the payment has arrived with BCA, you will receive an email with a copy of the Logbook of the vehicle. In the vehicles with 'Doc Lista' comment, the average time to process the document is 7 days.
