How to submit a claim

If after reading our terms and conditions you would like to submit a claim, please follow the process below or contact us on + 34 949 0321 68

1. Contact BCA

As soon as you realize you can place a claim on your purchase, contact us using the form below or by phone: +34 949 0321 68

2. Mileage counter picture

In order to accept your claim, BCA will request a picture of the mileage counter.

3. 48 hours to submit a claim

Your claim needs to be submitted within 48 hours from picking up or getting your car delivered. 2 hours if the claim is related to the mechanical or damage report. For a missing element you must place your claim immediately.

4. Fill in the online form

Please find the claim form below

5. Attach documents

Attach the issue voucher or CMR, the mileage counter picture and other relevant pictures or documents that support your claim in our online form.

6. Our answer in 48hours

Our team will let you know if your claim has been successful within 48 hours.

Before submitting a claim

Please note that the following cases BCA Spain will not accept any claim:

  • Mechanical or damages in vehicles 'Sold as seen' or 'Venta en Estado'
  • Claims not placed in time or if the vehicle has done more than 80 km.
  • Claims not placed in the right format (phone or form)
