At BCA we want to ensure your satisfaction. Thus why we have a dedicated team to process your claims.

Before submitting a claim


Please note that the following cases are not subject to any claim:

  • All parts you could check before
  • Missing additional euqipment, e.g. 2nd key, CD/SD/DVD etc.
  • Missing spare wheel/tire fit
  • Defective vehicle batteries and damages caused by this
  • Defective vehicle batteries, including consquential damages from third-party operations
  • wear parts
  • damages below 300€
