Process to submit a claim

At BCA we want to ensure your satisfaction. Thus why we have a dedicated team to process your claims.

Before submitting a claim


Please note that the following cases BCA Spain will not accept any claim:

  • Mechanical or damages in vehicles 'Sold as seen' or 'Venta en Estado'
  • Claims not placed in time or if the vehicle has done more than 80 km.
  • Claims not placed in the right format (phone or form)
