In general, every damage must be always indicated, shown and countersigned on the DDT (national service) or CMR (international) by the charged receiver and driver.
In order to accept your claim, BCA will request a picture of the mileage counter.
Your claim needs to be submitted within 48 hours from picking up or getting your car delivered.
Attach the following documents: The license plate of the vehicle or, if deregistered, the invoice number. DDT/CMR signed by the parts with indication of the emerged damage. Detailed pictures of the damages. Estimate of the reinstatement on letterhead with detailed intervention, hours of labour, consumer products, parts of replacement to be used, etc.. The mileage counter picture and other relevant pictures or documents that support your claim.
Our team will confirm or deny the acceptance of your claim within 5 working days.
