How to submit a claim

1. Note your comments on the issue voucher
When you receive or pick up the vehicle, write your comments on the issue voucher or CMR
2. Mileage counter picture
In order to accept your claim, BCA will request a picture of the mileage counter.
3. 48 hours to submit a claim
Your claim needs to be submitted within 48 hours from picking up or getting your car delivered.
4. Fill the online form

5. Attach documents
Attach the issue voucher or CMR , the mileage counter picture and other relevant pictures or documents that support your claim in our online form.
