In order to accept your claim, BCA will request a picture of the mileage counter.
Your claim needs to be submitted within 48 hours from picking up or getting your car delivered. 2 hours if the claim is related to the mechanical or damage report. For a missing element you must place your claim immediately.

Attach the issue voucher or CMR, the mileage counter picture and other relevant pictures or documents that support your claim in our online form.
Our team will let you know if your claim has been successful within 48 hours.
